I have had my blog for 3 years, ever since it was first created in 2008. I named my blog after the hamster I had at the time, Dotty. My first few posts were mostly "themes of the month" and chicken updates. My blog has changed a lot since then, and it still is. Over time, Dotty the STUFFED hamster (after Dotty died) became the mascot for DottyZine; I made funny videos with her, and took cute pictures of her doing different things. Now that I am older, I don't have a mascot.
